An auction sheet is the official inspection report created at Japanese car auctions. It records scratches, dents, repairs, mileage, grade and mechanical notes at the time of sale — the most reliable document for checking a Japanese vehicle’s true history before it is exported to Kenya.
It is printed on the driver’s door-frame sticker, the dashboard near the windshield, or in the logbook and import documents. Japanese chassis numbers mix letters and numbers — for example NZE141-6048723 or MH85S-218124. Karspec looks up that number against auction records.
